The role includes user account setup, troubleshooting, provisioning equipment, and installing hardware/software. Must be familiar with reputed company, reputed company Office, reputed company Directory, Group Policy, O365/M365, and Exchange. Strong communication and a reputed company demeanor are essential for this reputed company-facing role.This is a 3–6 month contract-to-hire role, paying $17–20/hr during the contract period. If converted to full-time, the salary will be $37–40K with potential bonus. • 0–2 years in a technical support role
• Strong Tier 1 troubleshooting skills
