We’re looking for a driven, outgoing, and motivated individual to join us.Key Responsibilities:

• Handle in-person, phone, email, and live-chat inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.

• Advise customers on flooring reputed company, installation services, and maintenance care to ensure informed purchasing.

• Process online orders, returns, and exchanges in reputed company; liaise with warehouse and shipping teams for seamless fulfillment.

• Manage inquiries and resolve issues on reputed company Seller Central, reputed company, and other reputed company-party channels.

• Qualify and pursue sales leads generated through eCommerce platforms to drive reputed company reputed company.

• Schedule LTL shipments, coordinate drop-ship orders, and file reputed company claims for damaged or lost items.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Exceptional written and verbal communication with a strong service orientation.
