This position is fast-paced and requires close attention to detail, excellent time-management skills and personal accountability. Still, you will have the support of your team to assist with task delegation and workload management, helping foster a collaborative and unified environment in which to enhance your skills.A caregiver in this position works remotely from 8:30AM – 5:00PM.This position is remote in Ohio, Florida, or NevadaA caregiver who excels in this role will:

• Review and analyze various legal documents.
• Draft routine legal documents under the direct supervision of an attorney or Paralegal Manager.
• Compile information concerning pertinent issues and prepare written summaries, analysis, statistics, charts and graphs that clearly detail the findings.
• Communicate with both Legal colleagues and business colleagues about legal advice under supervision of an attorney.
• Perform legal and factual research.
• Maintain information in department databases.

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

• Proficiency in using Word, Track Change tool and Excel
• Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent certificate of completion from an accredited Paralegal Program
• Entry-level experience in a law firm, health care system or corporate legal department
• Strong organizational, communication and teamwork skills

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

• Certificate of completion from an accredited Paralegal Program
• Five or more years of IT and/or contracting experience
