Job description: Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of experience analyzing, developing/designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs and/or delivering application training. An equivalent combination of education and experience relevant to the role may be considered for this position.Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in instructional design/curriculum development and knowledge of adult learning methods, and must possess excellent presentation skills, strong technical documentation skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Implement training programs developed for designated application(s).
- Assists with training material updates relevant to the application(s) supported.
- Updates policies and procedures relevant to the training of the application(s).
- Conducts instructor-led training for various applications, both in the classroom and/or virtually, for new and existing staff.
- Assists with testing the course curriculum used with the training system.
- Assists with the development of online training programs for various applications.
- Assists with the coordination of training for new software releases and updates.
- Informs training manager and analytical teams of identified risks and concerns and acts as a liaison between Information Technology Services and end users.
- Travels between locations in response to training schedules and provides off-shift training as needed.
- Provides training support during and after go-live.
- Maintains student training records and runs reports for operations.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong written and oral communication skills with a customer focus, which builds and maintains customer satisfaction with services offered by the training department. These skills are demonstrated by communication, personalization of interaction, regulation of emotions, and proactive problem solving.
