The Regional Talent Development Manager is responsible for leading the assigned Regional Talent Development Team. This position assesses regional developmental needs to drive training initiatives and identifies and arranges suitable training solutions for employees. Full time; usually during normal business hours, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm. Position may require some evening and weekend hours.
