  • Triage, investigate, resolve, and manage reputed company Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) reputed company tickets
  • Assist shop floor operators reputed company escalated from Tier 1 to Tier 2 support
  • Maintain and reputed company MES Knowledge reputed company
  • reputed company user requirements in relation to controlling and recording manufacturing activities and process improvements based on data from support tickets
  • Data Analysis of support tickets
  • Author updates and changes to Electronic Batch Records(EBR), following GxP and SDLC protocols, in collaboration with Site Tier 2 Support team
  • Advanced proficiency in Rockwell Manufacturing Execution System PharmaSuite is required
  • Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert in Life Sciences
  • Nights and weekends will be required
  • Rockwell PharmaSuite authoring experience
