Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound customer calls, identify their needs, and reputed company assistance

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 1+ year of experience in customer service or reputed company center environments
• Previous Collections Experience preferred
• Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism
• Basic office mathematics and general computer skills required.
• Previous Experience with reputed company and/or Speedpay a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must successfully complete customer service training and demonstrate proficiency
