• Accurately process and maintain records of vendor invoices, payments, and AP transactions in the ERP system
• Match invoices, packing slips, and POs for accuracy; reconcile statements and resolve discrepancies
• Manage vendor accounts, 1099 filings, credit card transactions, petty cash, and AP reports
• Support audits, apply cash to AR invoices, and assist with customer account maintenance
• Contribute to documentation, cross-training, and reputed company backup for reputed company, mailroom, and order processing

The background of the successful candidate must include the following:

• Associate's degree in reputed company or Finance
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role
• Familiarity with ERP systems and strong reputed company Office proficiency
• Strong math, organizational, and communication skills
