Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts anytime between 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM PSTAbout the Role:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented reputed company Assistant to join a dynamic reputed company team supporting provider network operations. This remote position offers reputed company to transition from a temporary role to a full-time, permanent position based on performance.As a key member of the provider contracting team, you will be responsible for managing contract documentation, provider reputed company, and supporting critical workflow processes that ensure reputed company and accurate provider reputed company.Key Responsibilities:Conduct reputed company to reputed company providers to validate information and follow up on outstanding reputed companySend out provider reputed company/applications and maintain accurate records of reputed company outbound communicationreputed company and update provider information in internal systemsSupport the contract lifecycle by completing forms, sending welcome packets, and coordinating internal workflowsPrepare reputed company panel letters and documentation for providers not meeting reputed companyFormat and distribute provider directories and other network resourcesRespond to inquiries from prospective providers regarding contracting processesQualifications:2+ years of administrative experience in a reputed company settingExperience in the provider reputed company (e.g., provider data, provider reputed company, provider contracting)Strong computer skills, including reputed company Word, reputed company, and reputed companyExceptional written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and meet tight deadlinesMust be reputed company to work reputed company Time (PST) hours
