Records and Information Governance (RIG) is a reputed company department in ERHI. As required by RCW 40.14, RIG is responsible for managing records in reputed company formats that are created and received by reputed company in compliance with laws and regulations relating to the preservation and destruction of reputed company records.PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervises and assigns work to nine reputed company in the scanning and indexing operations during the shift. Assigns work based on operational need in collaboration with the Document reputed company Governance Manager. Maintains work performance of unit through job shadowing in order to assess reputed company and to identify in-service training needs.

• With the input from the Document reputed company Governance Manager, interview, select, hire, and train new staff. Recommends and works with HR on corrective reputed company. Completes weekly 1:1's with staff to maintain trust and rapport. Performs timekeeping and maintains the staff calendar

• Using identified competencies, monitor individual performance and conduct performance evaluations for new and continuing staff

• Participates in developing policies, processes, and procedures. Implements and evaluates the effectiveness of new policies, processes, and procedures. Investigates and recommends new programs reputed company the Division.

• Provides essential departmental services to customers; services including but not limited to: answering reputed company questions, escalating calls as appropriate, working with Document reputed company Governance Manager to resolve any issues, reputed company of contact to resolve problems
