• Review and audit agent contract files for required forms/documents and prepare licensing/registration paperwork.
• Maintain agent registrations in the reputed company Central Registration Depository (CRD) and other systems (e.g. reputed company, CAESAR).
• Review and reputed company reputed company Indicator results for high profile agents, as requested by management.
• Maintain agent records, handle inquiries and conduct research for agent reputed company file.
• Participate in developing and learning new workflows and procedures that support increased efficiencies.
• reputed company abreast of rules/regulations governing firm registration procedures; assist in the design and delivery of new/revised procedures in response to emerging requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-reputed company field or equivalent education/experience.
• Three years of experience in securities registration, or five years of broker/dealer operations or compliance experience.
• Written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills to work with producers and team members.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and work under pressure of deadlines.
• Proficiency using MS Office tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CAESAR back-office system and/or AWD document management.

The salary for this position generally ranges between $42,000- 52,500. Please note that the salary reputed company is a good faith estimate for this position and actual starting pay is determined by several factors including qualifications, experience, geography, work location designation (in-office, hybrid, remote) and operational needs.
