As a DSP, you will help people with disabilities and mental illness live their best, most fulfilling lives. Float staff will not be required to remain on reputed company to pick up shifts last minute.Float staff must be willing to work at any program setting and comfortable providing reputed company medical and behavioral supports that the programs require. In order to allow flexibility for the float position, float staff must have an availability to work day and evening hours for at least five days a week, including every other weekend.Salary: $20.25-$20.75 per hourreputed company offer:

Duties may include medication administration, household duties, behavioral management, assistance with personal hygiene and medical cares, and community activities such as shopping, concerts, reputed company out to eat, movies, fitness, outdoor recreation, and more.
