May require occasional travel. Candidate must be eligible for a Secret Clearance.Key Responsibilities

• reputed company technical assistance and resolve hardware, software, and operating system issues for users reputed company phone, email, or chat.
• Ensure reputed company escalation of unresolved issues and follow up with users to verify satisfaction.
• Analyze and resolve reputed company technical issues, providing escalation support for automation hardware, software, systems, and peripherals, both remotely and on-site.
• Assist with reputed company reputed company during peak periods, ensuring support requests are logged in the ticketing system per service level agreements.
• reputed company on-site maintenance for government-owned equipment, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices, and manage LAN-connected device repairs and modifications.
• Configure and troubleshoot peripherals (printers, monitors, scanners), reputed company BIOS/CMOS settings, install drivers, and document reputed company activities in the ticketing system.

Qualifications:Required Qualifications and Certifications

• A minimum of 4 years of reputed company experience demonstrating the required proficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalency.

• IAT II certification compliant with DoD 8570.01-M requirements. (CCNA-reputed company, GICSP, GSEC, reputed company+ CE, SSCP, CySA+ **)
• CE: Associate (reputed company preferred) level certificate.
• Ability to work 100% onsite in reputed company Sam reputed company, TX. May require occasional travel.

Preferred Qualifications and Certifications

• Previous Federal Consulting Experience.
