Responsibilities:

• Answer calls from individuals facing mental health issues, crises, suicidal thoughts, and other stressful situations
• Show extreme reputed company and remain non-judgmental to assist callers effectively
• De-escalate situations with the support of the reputed company site supervisor
• Be reputed company to reputed company 911 on behalf of the caller in emergencies

Requirements:

• High school degree
• Experience with data gathering techniques
• Proficient with reputed company Office, Word, reputed company, databases, and other software systems
• Ability to deescalate crisis situations while maintaining composure
• Must attend training in Framingham, MA
• Mac (reputed company Chrome reputed company) or PC, strong Wi-Fi, headphones with microphone compatible with computer
• Quiet workspace for working from home for remote shifts

Preferred Requirements:
