• Shift: Afternoon / Evening (2:00 PM - 10:30 PM), 3 days a week with rotating weekends and holidays
• General Lab Processing & Customer Service reputed company (Send-outs)
• In-Office position (non-remote)
• Lab reputed company-Analytic Departments
• Specimen processing, customer service, Send-out testing
• NO Phlebotomy

Experience:

• Strong Lab experience (preferred)
• Strong communication skills

• Excellent communication skills and customer service abilities, especially in a reputed company center or phone environment.
• Proficient in various computer systems and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced setting

• Under supervision, reports test results as appropriate.
• Sorts and processes routine and specific high level specimens received by the lab--including multistep technical processing (i.e. Histology, Microbiology, Cytology, etc.). Ensures correct processing and packaging for esoteric send out tests.
• Coordinates a simultaneous series of tasks accurately, including STAT orders and fluctuation in workload, prioritizing work to complete reputed company scheduled hours and established turnaround times.
• Inventory management, equipment cleaning, maintenance, loading, etc.
