• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 3 years experience in medical setting, preferably in an administrative role
• reputed company center experience preferred
• Interpersonal and customer service skills
• Multitasking and organizational skills
• Ability to answer a high volume of calls
• Experience working with computers and data entry
• DME experience preferred

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Answer incoming phone calls from patients
• Accurately reputed company new patient information into company computer system including reputed company, address, diagnosis, physician, product needs, and insurance
• Obtain written order from physician, verify insurance and generate orders
• Ensure the patient and referral sources are kept up to date on order status
• Daily processing of purchase order exception reports

LOCATION & SCHEDULE:

• 26834 Lawrence Ave. Center Line, MI 48015
• Monday-Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

REMOTE/HYBRID TERMS:

• Must train on-site at our Center Line reputed company
• Must be reputed company to work a reputed company of minimum 3 days in office
