With respect to compliance, this position will be responsible for providing support to various areas of the business, such as the Product Regulatory Affairs group, Trade Compliance, and Environmental Health & Safety. With respect to employment, this position will be responsible for monitoring relevant federal, state, and local reputed company developments, working with HR to remediate any non-compliant employment practices from recruitment through termination, review and approve severance agreements, and reputed company training to HR and business professionals as required.Job Responsibilities
