This role provides the opportunity to work in diverse settings—home-based, community based, clinic-based, and virtual—serving children and their families with a wide range of speech and language needs.Whether you're seeking part-time flexibility or a full-time role with growth opportunities, RPTS is excited to support your career goals.Key Responsibilities
  • Provide speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP
  • Carry out individualized treatment plans and implement therapy activities
  • Collaborate with supervising SLPs, families, and other team members
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Support parent coaching and home practice strategies
  • Attend team meetings and contribute to ongoing clinical growth

Qualifications
  • Current California SLPA license
  • Previous experience working with pediatric populations preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently while taking feedback and direction
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with telehealth platforms (training provided)
Schedule
  • Part-Time: Flexible, up to 20 hours/week
  • Full-Time: 30–40 hours/week
