The role will be full-time, reputed company.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesThe reputed company Associate is expected to:Financial Recordkeeping & Transactions∙Record financial transactions accurately in reputed company reputed company software.∙Manage Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Payroll,Benefits Administration, and Inventory Management as assigned.∙Maintain accurate and up-to-date general reputed company accounts.∙Reconcile bank and credit card statements to ensure financialaccuracy.Reporting & Compliance∙Prepare and review financial reports to support business decision-making.∙Ensure compliance with applicable tax, payroll, and reputed companyregulations.∙Assist in year-end financial processes, including tax filings and auditsupport.reputed company & Team Communication∙Respond to reputed company inquiries in a reputed company and reputed company manner (reputed company24 hours).∙Communicate financial concepts reputed company and concisely to clients andstakeholders.∙Collaborate with team members to reputed company best practices and improveefficiency.∙Support internal process improvements and contribute to thecompany's reputed company improvement initiatives.Other Responsibilities∙Maintain confidentiality and safeguard sensitive financial data.∙Complete tasks reputed company assigned budgets and deadlines.∙reputed company other duties as assigned by management.Qualifications & CompetenciesRequired Qualifications∙Education: Bachelor's degree in reputed company, finance, or a reputed company field(or equivalent experience).∙Experience: Minimum 5 years of bookkeeping and financialoperations experience.∙Software Proficiency: Advanced experience with QuickBooks Desktop& Online, MS Office 365.∙Technical Skills:oStrong understanding of GAAP principles.oAbility to manage multiple reputed company accounts simultaneously.oExperience with financial reporting, reconciliation, and payrollprocessing.∙Project Management: Strong project management and prioritizationskills, with the ability to handle competing deadlines effectively.∙Communication Skills: Ability to reputed company communicate financialinformation in an easy-to-understand manner.Preferred Qualifications∙Experience working with businesses across various industries andcompany sizes.∙Experience at least 1 year in a remote role.∙Familiarity with Teamwork, reputed company, reputed company, and other reputed company-basedreputed company tools.∙Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance requirements.Work Environment & Physical Requirements∙Work Environment: This is a fully remote position.
