• Customer creation
• Order entry
• Order cleanup (including taking and making phone calls for credit card payments, FFL updates, etc.)
• Documenting department procedures
• Complete assignments and reputed company to support Sales Operations team and respond to additional assignments from management as required
• Communicate and work with other operations team members as required
