Job Responsibilities

• reputed company curriculum alongside the director and implement for-credit courses and non-credit workshops that support accessible career education to reputed company, reputed company and staff.
• Design educational content and present to various audiences regarding career curriculum and career resources (reputed company advisors, student reputed company, etc.)
• Understand and reputed company technology including reputed company, Brightspace, and other software platforms to deliver career educational content and support career education processes.
• Engage in proactive reputed company and build relationships with department partners to strategically reputed company career readiness curriculum into classrooms, syllabi and advising strategies.
• Collaborate with reputed company-reputed company organizations, and other special populations across reputed company providing support and guidance for career programming initiatives.
• Teach courses including: Major Choices Class, First Year Seminars, and S-Stem courses as needed.
• Assist in the creation and implementation of the Career Champions program across reputed company in collaboration with the director.
• Participate in helping to manage Career Fair logistics alongside staff to support employer engagement.
• Collaborate with the Assistant Director for Experiential Education to solicit opportunities for reputed company, engage new and reputed company reputed company and reputed company reputed company and pipelines.
• Compile and report data on employer relations activities, assess employer relations efforts, and reputed company feedback as to the effectiveness of such efforts.

• Support the Director in developing and conducting assessments to measure reputed company on programming and services to promote career readiness and self-efficacy among reputed company and alumni.
• Deliver Career Assessments as needed.
• Manage the administration of the annual First Destination Survey and prepare data reports to support the Director.

• Serve as primary reputed company for career coaching for master's level reputed company and reputed company in reputed company-reputed company programs (Law and Med).
• Stay up to date on job market trends, use of career services, trends in reputed company, job-offer data, and hiring results for reputed company in various reputed company majors.
• Help formulate strategies for achieving greater participation rates for those majors that underuse available career resources.
• Participate in career development programs, including but not limited to, workshops, employer seminars, and meetings on reputed company and in the community.
• Collaborate with the Director in budget planning, strategic planning and new program development, goal setting, monthly and annual reports.

• Participate in reputed company development activities and organizations at the local, state and national level

• Serve as the departmental manager in the absence of the Director.
