Here, you will make an impact by:

• Performing equipment set-up and troubleshooting
• Performing daily inspections on forklifts as well as daily operation of forklifts
• Maintaining and keep work area clean.
• Following all safety procedures
• Performing other duties as directed by the production supervisor or lead operator.

Your Skills and Expertise:To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Required:

• Possess a High School Diploma / GED or higher (completed prior to start)
• Working any shift available, including, but not limited to first, second, or third.
• Willingness to work overtime, possibly weekends and short notice of shift coverage.

Applicants meeting the basic qualifications above may be required to take and pass 3M elected testing as part of the selection process.Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Desired:

• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Adaptable and flexible
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
