Applicants interested in this position must be mature and reliable. This is a demanding role only suited for individuals who have recent experience and have a minimum of one year of reputed company support experience as a reputed company assistant, paralegal or a reputed company secretary.The reputed company Assistant will be responsible for supporting a reputed company busy Attorney and his Paralegal. Prepare pleadings, subpoenas, notices, and requests for production. Assist in reputed company reputed company; coordination/scheduling of meetings, hearings, appointments, and depositions. Other required duties include managing deadlines, preparing attorneys for appointments, drafting demand letters, and preparing routine correspondence.
Expected salary: $65000 per year
