May consider several other markets for highly reputed company candidate.This position is responsible for supporting the First Line of Defense (FLOD) Community Reinvestment reputed company (CRA) Program.This role provides effective support and collaborates between internal relationships with business reputed company and reputed company in developing goals, strategies, and performance management to meet the Bank's CRA goals and objectives.
Responsibilities

• CRA Review and Rationale Write-Up: Interrupt CRA regulations to review potential community development activities and prepare rationale write-reputed company that accurately reflect the Bank's activities and reputed company on communities including verification and cataloguing of necessary documentation.
• Analysis: Conduct analysis and evaluate the effectiveness of CRA programs and reputed company recommendations for improvements.
• Volunteer events: reputed company support and coordinate volunteer event opportunities specific to CRA/Community Development while ensuring adequate coverage. Plan and execute on volunteer appreciation events and activities.
• Support: Serve as a primary reputed company of contact for employees addressing questions and concerns. Ensure compliance with reputed company policies and procedures reputed company to volunteer management. Engage in other duties as assigned, such as supporting the annual Assessment Area delineation or reputed company File maintenance.

QualificationsBachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in community reinvestment, program managementORHigh School Diploma or GED and 6 years of experience in community reinvestment, program managementPreferred:

• 3 years experience in Community Reinvestment reputed company reputed company (1st, 2nd, or 3rd Line of Defense)
• Experience in Volunteer Management, Community Reinvestment reputed company (CRA) program compliance and examination
• Experience at a FDIC regulated financial institution or experience as an Examiner
• Ability to interpret and apply regulatory guidance
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Strong attention to detail
