- Assists with the creation of interview screeners
- Assists with preparing, sending, and tracking documents using SignNow
- Supports recruiting calendaring
- Collects and enters monthly metrics data
- Supports recruiting initiatives
- Develops/updates templates and/or processes
- Supports ISO 9000 and/or CMMI certification efforts
- Updates website and marketing materials
- Creates/improves social media presence
- Updates/tracks business, marketing, and/or strategic plans
- Perform Agency/opportunity research
- Update business development / opportunity pipeline
- Support proposal development activities
