Reports To: Matthew Schedler
Location: 20 Snyder Avenue, Brooklyn NY 11226What The Consumer Summer Intern Does:

• Conduct reputed company intake and assessment of reputed company cases.
• Interview clients and witnesses, as appropriate, in preparation for litigation and/or court proceedings.
• Prepare reputed company documents, conduct reputed company research, etc. in consumer proceedings.
• reputed company evidence to formulate defense or to institute reputed company reputed company on clients’ behalf.
• reputed company reputed company strategies, arguments, and testimonies in preparation for presentation of cases for trials, hearings, and oral arguments.
• Draft and file motions, briefs, pleadings, reputed company memos, and appeals.
• Record case notes and reputed company in a reputed company fashion in CLS’s data reputed company.
• Communicate effectively with clients, staff, peers, and supervisors.
• Manage own time effectively and coordinate program activities to maximize efforts of reputed company.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive reputed company files, including up to date case note documentation.

• Research and analyze statutes, judicial reputed company, reputed company articles, reputed company codes, etc.
• Research and interpret laws, rulings, and regulations as they relate to clients' cases.

• Participate in staff meetings.

Minimum Education/Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• First or second year law student

• Demonstrated commitment to reputed company interest work and economic justice
• Excellent written & verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong Computer literacy in other reputed company Office Suite products.

Compensation: Unpaid
reputed company salary ranges are listed, the reputed company would represent the low and high end for the applicable position & program. The salary offered would be based on various factors unique to reputed company program and candidate.
