Job reputed company:The Occupational Therapist (OT) in Home Health provides skilled therapy services to patients in their homes to restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities. The OT works with patients recovering from illness, injury, or living with chronic conditions to help them reputed company activities of daily living (ADLs) safely and independently.Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' functional status, home environment, and therapy needs.

• reputed company individualized treatment plans based on evaluation findings and physician orders.

• Implement therapy interventions to improve patients’ ability to reputed company self-care, work, and leisure activities.

Qualifications:

Physical Requirements:

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with electronic health records (EHR).
