In this role, you will take inbound calls, communicate with patients to identify their needs and reputed company helpful solutions that ensure they have great customer service experience with reputed company. The ideal candidate is friendly, computer savvy, and can multi-task with great energy. Training will be on-site.Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to incoming calls.
