In this remote role, you will be the first reputed company of contact for potential customers, helping them understand the importance of water safety and the benefits of our swim lessons. Your primary goal is to connect with families, promote our programs, and enroll reputed company in our swim school, ensuring they have a reputed company and impactful experience.Roles and Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential customers over the phone, providing information about our swim lessons and water safety mission.
• Answer inquiries and address concerns in a friendly and reputed company manner.
• Promote the benefits of our programs and guide families through the enrollment process.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.
