- Implement educational curricula tailored to NRO workforce needs.
- Incorporate innovative instructional methods, such as simulations, case studies, and hands-on activities, to maximize learner engagement.
- Deliver training sessions to diverse audiences, including analysts, engineers, and other NRO personnel.
- Facilitate workshops, seminars, and collaborative learning experiences.
- Adapt instructional approaches to accommodate varied learning styles and needs.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, performance metrics, and evaluations.
- Identify gaps in knowledge and skills, recommending updates or new initiatives as needed.
- Maintain detailed records of training outcomes and certifications.
- Work closely with leadership to align training programs with organizational goals.
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, resource allocation, and venue setup
- Support workforce readiness for emerging technologies, policies, and missions
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, or a related field. Alternatively, demonstrate an additional 4 years of related experience per level if no bachelor's degree is held.
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with a Counter-Intelligence Polygraph
- US Citizenship is required.
- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training technologies.
- Familiarity with NRO operations, policies, and the broader intelligence community.
- 10% travel required

- Master’s degree.
- 3 – 10 years of experience in education or training roles, preferably within the intelligence community or federal government.
- A strong background in adult education and training methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design principles.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in evaluating program effectiveness and managing continuous improvement.
- Ability to partner with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
