- Shift : Prefer Central Time Zone 8:30am -5:00pm CST Overtime not required.
- The Care Engagement Specialists provide a concierge service to our most vulnerable Medicare members to improve member experience, close care gaps, complete annual HRAs, increase member retention, remove social determinants of health and improve health outcomes.
- The monthly metric goals are Conversions-the number of appts made during a successful call: 20% meets expectation-30% exceeds expectation
- Quality Audits: 92% or better per audit
- Call volume: 1000 or better
- HRAs Completed: 68 or better
- Care Gap Assessments Completed: 200 or better
- Adherence to schedule: 90% or better
- Consistent engagement as a WFH employee as seen in the Cloud Dialer Power BI report.
- Client required training, role specific training and meet the team.
- What previous job titles or background work will in this role?
- Work within a Provider office, former customer service role, experience working within multiple computer systems and dialer systems.
- Any future projected positions potentially coming up? Choose an item. If yes, note: Yes, the goal is to move from temp to perm with the right candidate.
- Key skills; Microsoft 365, Genesys , Member Services , care gaps, Medicare , Cloud Dialer , Bilingual.
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 and other software programs.
- Good communication and documentation skills with members facing medical needs.
- Good time management skills as this is a remote position.
- High school plus work experience.
- Microsoft 365, Genesys
- Bilingual is a plus.
- Call center experience
- Medical background
