- Lead all branded digital / omnichannel initiatives (emails, banners, videos, webcasts, geo-marketing, media, search etc.,)
- Quarterback website development and execution & SEO/SEM
- Develop and execute a targeted and optimized media plan in partnership with media agency to drive customer engagement and optimize spend across channels
- Drive branded digital campaigns end to end, including the creation of digital assets and media buys aligned with brand strategy
- Lead brand planning and tactical planning efforts in collaboration with the Marketing Director
- Identify and establish clear and robust Key Performance Indicators and lead/lag indicators to measure both strategic and tactical execution
- Partner closely with Legal and Regulatory teams to implement materials in accordance with Amgen standards and principles
- Establish relationships with all agency partners and effectively manage agency; hold partners accountable for high quality work, budget execution, and timelines
- Demonstrate a sense of shared ownership of overall brand and business unit performance
- Live and role model Amgen Values and contribute to a welcoming, proactive, engaging, and fun environment of industry-leading performance
- Prior oncology experience preferred but not required.
- Experience developing and completing a wide range of multi-channel marketing initiatives, with a focus on digital media channels
- Strong marketing competence with a solid grasp of marketing strategy and tactical plan development
- Proven individual contributor with experience leading and managing cross-functional teams and navigating legal/regulatory/medical processes
- Experience working with media agencies and channel partners to build and optimize effective media plans to enhance resources
- Strong self-starter, problem-solver, with ability to lead others to meet multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously in a cross-functional, team-based environment
