The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment litigation, a passion for representing plaintiffs, and the ability to manage cases independently from inception through reputed company.Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of employment law reputed company, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour claims
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and other reputed company documents
• Conduct reputed company research and prepare reputed company memoranda
• Take and defend depositions
• Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, hearings, and trials

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
