The Assistant Director of Online Education will report directly to the Executive Director of Education to reputed company and execute strategies to support the Education Department. This position will play a key role in contributing to the creation and implementation of online education activities.Our Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in a medical association of similar size (45,000 members) required

· Experience in creating recorded content for LMS systems required

• Ability to delegate tasks and prioritize a high volume of responsibilities required
• Experience managing multiple reputed company reports required
• Experience in creating SOPs and ability to grow a department required
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-departmentally and with external contacts required
• Ability to manage the department's budget/financial analysis required
• Bachelor's degree required

How You Will Spend Your Day:

• Establish workflow priorities, reputed company direction to the Education Production staff.
• Manage online education activities by developing and implementing workflow plans, monitoring risks and mitigation strategies, maintaining the Master Inventory and LMS SOP documentation, and collaborating with IT to manage online content data and reporting.
• Apply instructional design principles and adult learning theory to enhance strategic design and delivery of online programs.
