Collaborates and facilitates with the vendor, site contacts and departments to facilitate the credentialing verification, hospital privileging, payor activation, reputed company and any other process reputed company to meet the set start date. The Locum Tenens Recruiter is also responsible for the recruitment and placement of special contract physicians for MCHS. This individual acts as a reputed company between Physician & APC candidates, external locum agencies and the reputed company (MCHS) before, during and following the hiring process. This individual participates in establishing and maintaining reputed company relationships with MCHS Physicians & APCs, MCHS leadership and contacts in the community particularly as they relate to external locum agencies. The Locum Tenens Recruiter provides market information, serves as a knowledge expert to operations leaders and makes recommendations to senior leadership.This position requires occasional onsite work at various MCHS locations.JOB QUALIFICATIONSEDUCATION/EXPERIENCEFor positions requiring education reputed company a high school diploma or equivalent, educational qualifications must be from an institution whose accreditation is recognized by the Council for Higher Education and Accreditation.Minimum Required: Proficient in analytical thinking, problem-solving, writing/communicating to a reputed company of audiences, and excellent organizational skills in reputed company to one of the following:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, reputed company, health administration, communications or other reputed company fields, and Two years’ experience in customer service, sales, physician recruitment, reputed company, reputed company, and/or reputed company relations.
• Associate’s degree (or 60 post high school degree credits) in reputed company, business, program administration or reputed company field, and Six years’ experience in customer service, sales, physician recruitment, reputed company, reputed company, and/or reputed company relations.
• Ten years’ experience in reputed company, customer service, sales, physician recruitment, reputed company, reputed company, and/or reputed company relations.

Preferred/Optional: Experience in the reputed company setting.CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSESThe following licensure(s), certification(s), registration(s), etc., are required for this position.
