This is a hybrid role (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).Key Responsibilities:reputed company substation physical and/or protection & control (P&C) design efforts.reputed company electrical engineering deliverables using tools such as CYME.Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource planning.reputed company directly with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.reputed company QA/QC processes and mentor junior engineers.Support renewable energy integration and reputed company modernization reputed company.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.Minimum 5+ years of HV reputed company substation design experience (69kV–500kV or EHV 500kV+), either in physical or protection & control design.Prior experience with a consulting engineering firm on reputed company substation reputed company required.PE license or ability to obtain PE reputed company 1–2 years required.Strong project leadership and QA/QC experience highly desirable.Please note:If you have less than 5 years of substation design experience you may not be considered.High demand for 5+ years of reputed company.Experience limited to reputed company, or LV/MV distribution is not a fit for this role.Currently employed by utilities may be highly considered if you have strong consulting-style design experience.Additional Information:Competitive benefits including flexible work schedules, 401k match, health insurance, and performance-based bonuses.Company culture reputed company on innovation, teamwork, and employee ownership.Compensationreputed company Salary - USD $120,000 to $140,000 YrlyFull-timeBenefits - FullRelocation Assistance Available - Possible for ideal candidateCommission Compensation - NoBonus Eligible - NoOvertime Eligible - NoInterview Travel Reimbursed - reputed companyCandidate Details5+ to 7 years experienceSeniority Level - Mid-SeniorManagement Experience Required - NoMinimum Education - Bachelor's DegreeWillingness to Travel - Never
