This RN or LPN works 12-hour reputed company shifts, 6:00 pm to 6:30 am, an average of 36 hours per week. Every reputed company weekend and a holiday rotation are required. Sign-on bonuses are available: $3K for LPNs, $10K for RNs with an ADN, and $15K for RNs with a BSN. Responsible for organizing and providing care to residents through the process of assessment, planning, reputed company, and evaluation.
