Overview:The Technical Program Manager (TPM) leads and coordinates strategic technology programs across multiple teams and ensures alignment with organizational objectives. The Technical Program Manager focuses on planning, execution, risk management, and cross-team collaboration to drive successful delivery.By bridging technical and business needs, the TPM enhances efficiency, optimizes processes, and ensures the seamless integration of technology initiatives. - Strategic Program Portfolio Management: Drive end-to-end program planning and execution, partner with leadership to measure success, support service delivery models, and maintain program road-maps aligned with strategic initiatives.
- Budget, Vendor, and Asset Management: Maintain program budgets, time-lines, and resources, partner with leadership for budgeting and cost optimization, and collaborate with procurement to align with program and enterprise objectives.
- Cross-Team Collaboration Delivery Coordination: Bridge technical teams, leadership, and stakeholders for alignment, ensure Agile and Lean frameworks complement program execution, and foster trust and collaboration with internal and external partners.
- Risk Change Management: Identify and mitigate technical and operational risks, support change management for clear communication and minimal disruption, and ensure compliance with governance standards and best practices.
- Process Optimization Operational Excellence: Enhance visibility, accountability, and efficiency by implementing structured reporting, performance metrics, and identifying process improvement opportunities.
- Master's Degree preferred in Business (MBA) or related area and 3-5 years' experience in technical program management or similar experience (e.g., product management, project management, solutions engineering, operations, strategy, etc.) or in roles related to these areas. OR
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related area and 5-7 years' experience in technical program management or similar experience (e.g., product management, project management, solutions engineering, operations, strategy, etc.) or in roles related to these areas. OR
- High School diploma, or equivalent, and 7 or more years' experience in technical program management or similar experience (e.g., product management, project management, solutions engineering, operations, strategy, etc.) and 4 or more years of technology-related experience.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) REQUIRED within one year of employment
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) REQUIRED within one year of employment
- Program Management Professional (PgMP) Preferred
- SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) Preferred
- Six Sigma Green Belt Preferred
