- knowledge of and experience with data analysis
- strong problem-solving skills and a forward-looking mindset
- good collaboration, and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- understanding of Data Visualization
- experience using SQL query language (is preferred)
- experience in Python, R and/or Power BI (is a plus)
- enrolled as a full-time undergraduate student (junior or senior) -or- graduate student (preferred) at an accredited college/university
- major in math, statistics, economics, finance, insurance and risk management, data analytics, meteorology, earth sciences, or related fields
- related coursework and exposure to statistical, mathematical, or numerical analysis of data
- collegiate transcripts required with submission of candidate profile (unofficial are acceptable)
- in good academic standing (cumulative GPA: 3.0 or higher preferred)
- must be able to work an average of 24 hours per week; hybrid schedule available
- based at HQ in Fairfield, OH (preferred); however remote location may be considered
- proficient in Microsoft® Office tools (specifically Excel) and related software
Expected salary: $20 per hour
