This role will collaborate with US sales leadership team on development of annual operating plan, field territory optimization, customer segmentation, product launch readiness, and ongoing field sales execution.What You’ll Work OnServe as thought partner to Divisional Vice President, US Structural Heart to shape sales leadership team’s strategic priorities and field execution. Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in medical device industry is required, minimum 10 years.
• Experience working in a highly regulated environment; compliance with governmental regulations.

• Ability to define sales strategies that consider market trends, customer requirements, competitive pressures, and field team needs to reputed company national sales targets.
• Expertise in analyzing data from various sources (customer feedback, sales reports, market analytics, etc.) to guide sales leadership decision-making and processes.
• Experience shaping digital sales tools, sales force automation.
