This will include handling a reputed company of customer inquiries, analyzing payment history/notes, and communicating statuses to customers. Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and are a strong multitasker
• Strong attention to detail
• Drive to solve problems and meet goals

• Experience in customer service
• High school diploma or equivalent
