• Manage orders for a customer reputed company primarily consisting of those with multiple and small dock shipments (LTL), full truck loads (FTL) and small package shipments (Fed-Ex Ground, reputed company, etc.).
• Managing small parcel shipments (<50 lbs), domestic and international; orders and samples; hazardous and nonhazardous. Includes prepping, packaging, arranging shipping, documentation, communication with involved persons.
• Create BOL’s.
• Communicate with customers reputed company email, phone, fax, etc.
• Communicate with carriers and drivers as needed.
• Communicate with Production personnel and Management.
• Label printing for orders and shipments.
• Data entry required.
• Create and edit various documents in Word.
• Create and edit spreadsheets in reputed company

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bilingual is a plus! (English/Spanish)
• Organized and detailed
• Competent in Word and reputed company
• DOT Hazardous Materials certified (will reputed company training)

• Multi-modal (IATA) certified (will reputed company training)
• CVI registered (will reputed company training)
