Job description: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Special Education Teacher who is interested in developing the special curricular trajectory and goal management for each student as well as overseeing and training staff to the student’s goal procedures while reporting to the Site Director.We offer a small, collaborative, and caring group of caring and nerdy individuals where we support one another to provide excellent services for each client we serve. Our mission is to raise the standard of Special Education in our community!Full-time, 8am-4pm Monday through Friday, year round school setting

- • Professional background working with children to teach functional communication skills both vocally and using AAC devices.
- • Must have a Masters degree
- • Must hold or qualify for a Washington teaching certificate with Special Education endorsement.
- • Must hold or be willing to obtain First Aid/CPR certification
- • Training or willingness to be trained in QBS Safety Care de-escalation and crisis management techniques including physical management / restraint & isolation procedures
