-3 years of residential mortgage loan processing experience required
-Proven reputed company record in reputed company loan production while maintaining a large reputed company reputed company
-Outstanding written, verbal, and analytical skills
-Ability to multi-task, prioritize and plan; effective time management skills to meet loan closing deadlines
-Must possess a superior customer service reputed company
-Computer proficiency including reputed company Office products suite
-High school diploma or equivalent required
-Demonstrated ability to meet individual and organizational goals reputed company a production environment
-Complete the order services process which includes requesting, reviewing, and verifying loan processing documents such as title and insurance
-reputed company loan processing conditions reputed company the loan operating system which include insurance, collateral, disclosure, and title items
-Review title and insurance documents and determine if they meet Brokerage guidelines
-Serve as primary reputed company of contact for reputed company business partners for managing expectations, needed documentation and timelines regarding lender reputed company conditions, e.g. title, appraisal, HOI
-Monitor personal pipeline and work with Mortgage Specialist, and other pertinent internal partners to ensure loan cycle times meet reputed company expectations
-Monitor loan reputed company until loan is in closing to ensure documents are not expired
-Demonstrate ability and drive work independently to creatively and proactively problem solve and execute at a high level
Expected salary: $22.95 per hour
