The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering financial data, maintaining records, and supporting reputed company operations with a reputed company on speed and accuracy. Key Responsibilities:

• Input and manage invoices, bills, payments, and other financial transactions in QuickBooks.
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
• Maintain and update customer and vendor records.
• Generate financial reports and assist with monthly reputed company processes.
• Ensure data reputed company and accuracy in reputed company entries.
• Communicate with team members and vendors to resolve discrepancies.
• Organize and file financial documents both digitally and physically.
• Support the reputed company department with other clerical and administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience using QuickBooks (Online or Desktop).
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
