Recruiter
- Proactively source and recruit candidates across a broad spectrum of roles, including professional, clinical, and non-clinical positions.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned communities—from initial application through successful onboarding.
- Maintain consistent, daily communication with assigned communities to ensure an efficient and effective recruitment workflow.
- Conduct both virtual and onsite interviews, present job offers, review total compensation packages, and negotiate salaries when appropriate.
- Coordinate all pre-employment screenings and orientations for new hires.
- Create, maintain, and optimize job advertisements for assigned communities to attract top talent.
- Guide new hires through the onboarding process to ensure a smooth and engaging introduction to the organization.
- Collaborate with scheduling coordinators to continuously assess and fulfill current and future staffing needs.
- Perform audits and partner with Senior Recruiters and departmental leadership to analyze findings and develop actionable improvement plans.
- Work closely with regional and community leadership teams to identify recruitment challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure communities are equipped with the appropriate training, tools, and resources necessary for successful hiring, onboarding, and retaining of talent.
- Conduct New Hire Feedback Logs and Exit Interviews to support ongoing retention and workforce development strategies.
- Perform additional duties and projects as assigned to support organizational and departmental goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of full-cycle recruiting experience required; prior experience in Long-Term Care or Senior Living recruitment is highly preferred.
- Proficient in navigating web-based platforms with strong computer and typing skills; demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build effective, cooperative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Highly self-motivated, with a strong sense of urgency and initiative.
- Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) required; experience with iCIMS and Paycom strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with the Indeed platform and other major recruiting tools is highly preferred.
- Must be adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, including overnight travel and travel on short notice.
