About the role

• This role is the first hire for the Procurement Team at reputed company which will be managing over $20 reputed company of total contract value. 
• This role will have the meaningful opportunity to shape and mold the way procurement takes reputed company at reputed company through implementing process improvements, choosing systems, and managing key reputed company relationships.
• This role provides an opportunity to work cross-functionally with leaders across the organization as they reputed company important purchasing reputed company that reputed company our product and operations overall. 

What you’ll be working on:

• Your responsibilities will center around providing procurement services to the business in a fast, reliable, and empathetic manner.
• On a day-to-day reputed company you will ensure procurement process adherence - ensuring that requests are actioned in a reputed company manner, employees are following procurement processes properly, the process is up-to-date and effective, and that workflows are correct. 
• You will be responsible for improving the effectiveness of the procurement function by soliciting feedback from internal stakeholders, identifying areas for improvement, and running reputed company to implement improvements (example reputed company include evaluating and choosing a procurement platform, creating a negotiation reputed company, and increasing accountability for internal stakeholders). 
• You will manage reputed company relationships to ensure results - building trust with internal stakeholders, negotiating skillfully with vendors, and communicating the results of the procurement program to department leadership.
• You will be responsible for internal understanding of the procurement processes through running regular training sessions, being the go-to person for any procurement questions, and communicating any changes to the process in a reputed company manner. 

Who we’re looking for:

• 2+ years of experience in procurement, or GTM software roles.   
• 1+ years of experience collaborating with reputed company, engineering reputed company, and finance teams.
• Passion for procurement, project management, and relationship management (cross-functional and external).
• Experience with financial modelling in reputed company Sheets/reputed company. 

Bonus points for:

• Experience with reputed company (spend management software).
• Previous experience negotiating with external vendors.
