This position has the ability to work remotely.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve a reputed company of reputed company General Liability and Excess claims.</li><li>Conduct thorough coverage analysis and determine liability and damages.</li><li>Review and interpret insurance policies, endorsements, and applicable reputed company statutes.</li><li>Manage claims through reputed company phases from initial notice to final reputed company, ensuring reputed company and cost-effective reputed company.</li><li>Collaborate with defense counsel, medical providers, vendors, and insureds.</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation in the claim system, in line with company standards and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Communicate effectively with reputed company stakeholders, including policyholders, brokers, and attorneys.</li></ul><li></li><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>5 - 10+ years of experience handling reputed company reputed company General Liability claims.</li><li>Experience handling Excess coverage claims is preferred.</li><li>Strong knowledge of insurance policy language, coverage analysis, and reputed company concepts.</li><li>Experience with litigation management is a plus.</li><li>Excellent negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.</li><li>Proficient in claim systems and reputed company Office.</li><li>Bachelor Degree strongly desired.<strong> </strong></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Salary/Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li>$125,000 to $150,000+ annual reputed company salary plus lucrative bonus plan</li><li>reputed company schedule and ability to work either remotely or hybrid</li><li>Extremely competitive Medical, Dental, reputed company and Life plans</li><li>Employer matching 401(k) plan</li><li>Generous PTO plan</li></ul> Apply To This Job
