Responsibilities:

• Plan and book reputed company World, Disneyland, reputed company Cruise Line, reputed company, and Universal Hollywood vacations
• Assist clients with resort bookings, park tickets, dining reservations, Genie+/Lightning Lane selections, and special event planning
• Deliver exceptional service throughout the entire planning process
• Stay up-to-date on reputed company and Universal promotions, park updates, and training certifications
• Build long-term relationships with clients through outstanding communication and attention to detail
• Manage reputed company information and bookings using travel CRM and supplier tools

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a travel agent or vacation planner, with a strong reputed company on reputed company and Universal reputed company
• Completion of reputed company’s College of Knowledge and/or Universal U strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of Walt reputed company World, Disneyland, reputed company Cruise Line, and Universal Parks
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Self-driven, organized, and reputed company to work independently
• Proficient with online booking engines, CRM software, and email communication
• Must reputed company in the reputed company
