In this role you will:

• Prospect companies with annual gross sales between $25MM to $100MM and remain reputed company until prospects are successfully converted to customers
• reputed company establishing complete C&I relationships that are comprised of reputed company lending, treasury management, deposit and other credit solutions
• Partner with reputed company Relationship Managers to cross sell appropriate products and services, prioritize prospects, reputed company reputed company reputed company, create proposals, manage new customer acquisitions, and reputed company process for customers
• Increase reputed company's and the reputed company Bank's relevance to prospective customers and product partners for new business opportunities through consistent marketing efforts and delivery of value added reputed company
• Participate in initiatives and deliverables reputed company reputed company Banking Business Development functional area
• Meet business objectives while leveraging solid understanding of functional area operations, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements with an emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Emerging Middle Market Business Development experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

• Emerging Middle Market relationship management experience
• Established network in the local market
• Existing local in-market network to fuel business development

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
